Baptist Health was named in 2023 as one of the 150 Top Places to Work in healthcare by Becker’s Hospital Review, a Chicago-based media platform which covers the business of healthcare. Also recognized were such well known hospitals as the Cleveland Clinic and Johns Hopkins Medicine.

As Kentucky’s largest health system, Baptist Health was lauded by Becker’s for its extensive benefits and incentive programs for employees beyond life and health insurance, including tuition reimbursement, an employee assistance program and flexible spending accounts for dependent care and healthcare.

In 2023, Baptist Health was also recognized by a major business publication as among the nation’s 500 best large employers. The health system has been honored by the Kentucky Chamber of Commerce and the Kentucky Society for Human Resources Management 13 times as among the Best Places to Work in Kentucky, either as individual hospitals, or as a system.
