Healther Community Initiative

Healthier Community Initiative (HCI) is led by the health needs of our community, specifically Floyd County. We look at the health needs with the highest priority and put together a comprehensive strategic plan to address these health priorities. This is accomplished by education, health screenings and the partnership with many community based organizations to better the health of our community.
