*All ACO Participants must attest to Advancing Care Information on their own.* The ACO will submit Quality and Clinical Practice Improvement Activities for all ACO Participants for the 2017 Performance Year.
Baptist Health Care Partners is preparing for quality measure reporting. The Group Practice Reporting Option (GPRO) Reporting period for the 2017 Performance Year will be January 8, 2018 – March 16, 2018. Participant practices will be contacted during this time period to receive information necessary for reporting.
