GPRO Reporting period begins January 2018

Baptist Health Care Partners is preparing for quality measure reporting. The Group Practice Reporting Option (GPRO) Reporting period for the 2017 Performance Year will be January 8, 2018 – March 16, 2018. Participant practices will be contacted during this time period to receive information necessary for reporting.

The Group Practice Reporting Option (GPRO) Reporting period for the 2017 Performance Year will be January 8, 2018 – March 16, 2018. CMS will send the ACO a file during the Quality Measure Reporting period in early January. The ACO will work with all practices to get the necessary information included in this file by the March deadline. Once the file is complete, the ACO will submit the data to CMS through the GPRO Web Interface. 

How will Participants be notified?
• A representative from the ACO will contact your practice to schedule a day in 2018 to abstract the proper documentation for GPRO Reporting.

What can I do know to prepare for the GPRO reporting period?
• Using your ACO patient roster, continue to bring in ACO patients for their Annual Wellness Visit.
• When patients are in the office at the end of the calendar year, ensure all preventative measures are met.
