First Value Report tells story of ACO, CIN successes

Value Report showcases Baptist Health's population health strategies and initiatives.

To outline and showcase Baptist Health's population health strategies and initiatives, the Value-Based Care team is publishing its first Value Report. The full-color report to Baptist Health and the community chronicles a journey that began in 2012 with a group of Paducah physicians.

It highlights the successes of Baptist Health Care Partners, the system's accountable care organization, and Baptist Health Network Partners, the clinically integration network. More than 191,000 patients benefit from these quality programs.
