Corbin PGY1 Community Based Pharmacy Residency Admissions
Prerequisites
Eligible candidates for the PGY-1 pharmacy residency must have:
- Doctor of Pharmacy degree from an accredited college of pharmacy by the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education
- Licensed pharmacist or licensed intern in the state of Kentucky eligible for licensure
- U.S. citizenship
Admission policy
Residency candidate selected must comply with all requirements for new employees at Baptist Health Corbin, including drug screen and immunizations. Applicants selected for employment will be bound by the rules set forth by the American Society of Health-Systems Pharmacists as well as applicable rules and regulations set by the state of Kentucky and federal law.
Selected candidates will be required to obtain Kentucky Pharmacy Licensure within 120 days of residency start date.
