Mother & Baby Pre-registration

You can preregister for delivery through your MyChart account. This helps to expedite things when you come to the Labor and Delivery Unit at any time. 

Expectant mothers may log into their MyChart account at any time and complete the questionnaire. 

Thirty days prior to your due date, a representative from Baptist Health will reach out to you to review your information. If you are a patient and don't yet have a MyChart account, you may create one at any time. Sign up for MyChart. 

Please note, if you are new to Louisville and not yet a patient of Baptist Health, you will not have access to MyChart. An appointment with a Baptist hospital or provider has to be scheduled.

If you need assistance, ask for a wheelchair. If you are in severe pain, have heavy bleeding or your water has broken, ask for immediate assistance.
