Refer a Patient

Researchers at Baptist Health welcome providers outside of our system to refer patients to our clinical trials. Physicians may initiate a patient referral by submitting information through our form or by contacting a trial’s coordinator, listed in the clinical trial summary. Our coordinators can answer initial questions about the study and provider referral information.
