Resources

Clinical research is a complicated undertaking with many moving parts. That’s why Baptist Health takes a team approach to every clinical trial in which we participate, offering resources and assistance for investigators whenever and wherever appropriate.

We are fully committed to the smooth and efficient operation of the research process, supporting investigators through the protocol startup, implementation, and data-analysis phases of their efforts. At the same time, we work with researchers to uphold the ethical, safety, and financial standards that mark world-class clinical investigation.

We coordinate our support efforts through a centralized office that oversees every aspect of the research enterprise at Baptist Health. A high priority is placed on regular and consistent communication among all participants. Our team approach to research puts your success at its center.

How We Can Help

Baptist Health assists investigators in a variety of areas. For example, enlisting an experienced protocol writer is a critical early step in the research process. We can help you identify available talent and make a lasting connection. Additional fees may be involved.

Our team can also aid in developing appropriate contracts and budgets  for investigator-initiated studies. We manage every aspect of both pre- and post-award activities, including legal reviews, financial negotiations, and budget finalization.

Complex research projects often result in math-heavy analysis and reporting phases. The Baptist Health Research Team can assist you in the realm of statistical analysis. We evaluate involvement on a case-by-case basis.
