Visitor Information for Baptist Health Paducah
Baptist Health Paducah provides a cafeteria and coffee shop for refreshments, as well as a gift shop, where you can purchase a gift for a patient.
ATM. For your convenience, a Firstar ATM is located under the staircase on the first floor of Larry Barton Atrium. Firstar customers can use the ATM free of charge; however, customers of other banks may be charged a $1 service fee. Paducah Bank customers may prefer to use the Paducah Bank ATM located across the street from the hospital on Broadway.
Cafeteria. Baptist Health Paducah's cafeteria serves nutritious meals three times a day. Self-serve snacks are available at other times. Visitors are welcome to eat in the cafeteria. To find out what's on the menu, call ext. 3463. Hours are:
- Breakfast: 6:30 to 10 a.m.
- Lunch: 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.
- Midnight hours: 1 to 3 a.m. Sunday-Thursday
Chaplains and Chapel. Chaplains are available for counseling, spiritual and emotional support for hospital patients and families. To request a chaplain visit, call 270.575.2178 or ask a nurse to contact one for you. Baptist Health Paducah's Chapel is located on the first floor just off the Atrium and is open 24 hours a day for prayer and meditation.
Coffee Shop. Located on the hospital's first floor hallway between the Main Atrium and Larry Barton Atrium next to the Uniform Shop, the Coffee Shop is open from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m., Monday through Friday. Menu items include Starbucks brewed coffee, pizza slices, calzones, flatbread pizzas, hot dogs, soup, salads, deli sandwiches, Reds Donuts, breakfast sandwiches, Blue Bell Ice Cream, cookies, pies, fruit and a variety of beverages. Call ext. 3550 to order a whole pizza.
Gift Shop. Located across from the hospital visitor's elevators. Baptist Health Paducah Auxiliary Gift Shop provides merchandise for the physical comfort and mental well-being of patients, visitors and employees. Items available include toiletries, over-the-counter medications, reading material, packaged food and drinks, phone chargers, stamps, and gifts. Profits from the gift shop support Baptist Health Paducah’s mission of improving the health of our community.
Due to COVID-19, the Gift Shop has limited hours: 9:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday - Friday. For more information or to place a phone order to be delivered, call 270.575.2220.
Mail. Mail is delivered to patients Monday-Friday by members of Baptist Health Paducah Auxiliary. Mail received for a patient after discharge will be forwarded to the patient's home. Please address mail as follows:

Telephones. Family members and friends may call a patient's room directly by dialing 575-2 and the patient's room number. Calls to patient rooms are not accepted between 9:30 p.m. and 7:00 a.m., to make sure our patients get adequate rest. Patients may make outgoing calls at any hour.
