What we do
The Patient and Family Advisory Council meets to provide input and offer advice meant to improve the overall patient and family experiences and patient safety. Staff regularly seek the Patient and Family Advisory Council’s input regarding their perceptions of hospital procedures, safety measures, and overall delivery of care. Patient and Family Advisory Council members tap into their personal experiences and diverse backgrounds to offer suggestions to hospital leadership about planning and evaluating services, program and policies, as well as how best to educate patients, family members, and caregivers.
If you meet the membership requirements and are interested in serving on Baptist Health Lexington's Patient and Family Advisory Council, please fill out the questionnaire below.
