At the second stop light, turn left onto State Street
Travel approximately two miles, Baptist Health Floyd will be on the right
Immediately before the Hospital, turn right onto E. Cottom Ave. at the stoplight into the hospital's main entrance. Parking is available in front of the hospital's main entrance.
From the North:
I-65 South to I-265 West
I-265 West to Exit 1 - State Street
Turn Left onto State Street
Travel approximately 1 mile, Baptist Health Floyd will be on the left
Go past the hospital and turn left onto E. Cottom Ave at the stoplight into the hospital's main entrance. Parking is available in front of main entrance.
From the West:
I-64 East to I-265 East
I-265 East to Exit 1 - State Street
Turn left onto State Street
Travel approximately 1 mile, Baptist Health Floyd will be on the left.

Parking
Parking for patients and visitors is available on the south side of the hospital in the main entrance parking area. You may choose to use our free Shuttle service or self park in this area.
