We have developed the In-Patient Welcome Packet with information that you may need during your stay. Should you have questions or concerns regarding your care, please ask your nurse or the patient care (nurse) manager on your floor. If you are having an outpatient or a clinic procedure and have questions, please contact the nurse or tech caring for you or the office manager with your concerns.
