ATM
ATM's (Automated Teller Machine) are located on the hospital's first floor near the Admitting and Emergency Room waiting areas, on the first floor in the Trillium Center and also in the lobby of the Paul Parker Outpatient Pavilion.
Chaplain and Chapel
A chaplain is available to provide counseling, spiritual and emotional support, and assistance with living wills and advance directives to hospital patients and their families Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. During evenings and weekends, the chaplain is on call for emergencies. To request a chaplain visit, call 606.528.1212 extension 4425 or ask a nurse to contact the chaplain for you.
Volunteer chaplains also make visits to patients during the week.
The Chapel is open to hospital patients and their families providing a place of spiritual and emotional support. Code H - Helpline
Visiting a patient? Caring for a loved one? You could help them in a time of need.
Patient caregivers, visitors or the patients themselves need to understand Code H (which stands for "Help"). Code H provides a hotline for hospital patients, family members and visitors.
If you see a noticeable, clinical change in the patient and the healthcare team is not present or is not responding to the patient's or visitor's concerns, or if there is a breakdown in how care is being managed, you can call the Code H hotline at extension 5959 from a hospital phone to request immediate help from a clinical team.

Crystal Garden Dining Room
Baptist Health Corbin's Crystal Garden Dining Room serves nutritious meals and snacks. Visitors are welcome to eat in the dining room with our employees. Hours are:
- Breakfast: 6:30 a.m. to 9:45 a.m.
- Lunch: 11 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.
- Grill: 11 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
- Supper: 4:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.
- Midnight Shift Supper:12:30 a.m. to 1:30 a.m.
Disabilities
Baptist Health Corbin strives to make all services accessible to individuals with disabilities. If your family member has special needs during his or her hospital stay, please discuss them with the nurse or call the Social Services department at 606.528.1212 extension 8560.
Firearms
Firearms are not allowed in the hospital, unless a law enforcement performing other official duties.
Gift Shop
The Gift Shop carries a wide variety of gift ideas! Merchandise includes flowers, Yankee candles, candle warmers, baby gifts, Fossil purses, watches, sunglasses and other unique gift ideas. We offer monthly specials and free delivery within the hospital. Open Monday through Friday 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. To order an item, please call 606.523.8558 or email [email protected]. Master Card and Visa accepted.
Mail is delivered to patients Monday through Friday by members of Baptist Health Corbin's Volunteer Services department. Mail received for a patient after discharge will be forwarded to the patient's home. Please address mail as follows:

Overnight Accommodations
Several hotels and motels are located within a short distance of Baptist Health Corbin. Some of them offer discounts for families of hospital patients. Information and directions may be obtained by calling the Social Services department at 606.528.1212 extension 8560.

If you or a loved one experienced care that was above and beyond what you expected, you can send a card of thanks to the employee, physician or volunteer who provided excellent service.
Smoking
Baptist Health Corbin recognizes the health risks associated with smoking and has a responsibility to its patients, visitors, and medical staff. Therefore, smoking is not allowed anywhere on the hospital campus including hospital grounds.
Telephones
Family members and friends may call a patient's room by dialing 606.528.1212 and asking for the patient's name or room number. Calls to patient rooms are not accepted between 9:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m. to make sure our patients get adequate rest. Patients may make outgoing calls at any hour.
