About Home Care
At Baptist Health Home Care, we've been helping patients like you since 1984, by providing the intermittent professional healthcare they need in the comfort of their own homes.
Patients who choose Baptist Health Home Care are highly satisfied with the care they receive, with 98 percent rating our care as either 'excellent' or 'very good," according to a recent patient survey.
Maybe that's because we hold our care to such high standards - the standards Kentucky requires for licensing, and national ones, such as those required by the Joint Commission and the Center for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS).
Joint Commission accreditation is voluntary, and the requirements are comprehensive. Our participation shows our commitment to provide the best possible care to our patients, their caregivers and their families.
Being certified by CMS means we can accept your Medicare or Medicaid payment for home care services. But it also means those services are quality, since we are required to ensure that the care is supervised or performed by a qualified health professional, such as a registered nurse, speech-language pathologist, or occupational or physical therapist.
Our care providers can help you treat, manage or recover from some conditions without leaving your home. We offer a wide range of home health services, including nursing, physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech language therapy, social work and home health aide services.
