Berry Blast Protein Shake

Feeling a little stressed? Try incorporating some blueberries into your diet! They are full of antioxidants and phytonutrients that work to improve your body’s response to stress and fight stress-related free radicals. This berry smoothie is a great way to treat yourself and your body to some nutrition.

Ingredients:
1 cup nonfat milk
1/2 cup frozen mixed berries (blueberries, strawberries, raspberries)
1/2 cup vanilla nonfat yogurt
1 tsp honey
2 T vanilla protein powder

Directions:
Place all ingredients into a blender and process until smooth and creamy.

Pour into a glass and serve.
