Baptist Health Medical Group welcomes Basim Kahleifeh MD to Bardstown practice

ELIZABETHTOWN, KY. (June 20, 2024) – Basim Kahleifeh, MD, has joined Baptist Health Medical Group OB/GYN in Bardstown to provide skilled, thoughtful care for all your women’s healthcare needs, including annual wellness visits, contraceptive counseling, gynecological conditions, complete preconception, pregnancy and postpartum care, and menopause management.

Among Dr. Kahleifeh’s special interests are gestational diabetes, gynecological surgery, female urinary incontinence, infertility, prenatal and postnatal care, and women’s mental and physical health across the lifespan.

Dr. Kahleifeh earned his medical degree from Boston University School of Medicine. After medical school, he completed a residency in obstetrics and gynecology at Tripler Army Medical Center in Honolulu, Hawaii. Recently, Dr. Kahleifeh served as an OB/GYN hospitalist at Baptist Health Hardin. 

Dr. Kahleifeh has earned national board certification form the American Board of Obstetrics & Gynecology and is a member of the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecologists.

Dr. Kahleifeh is accepting new patients. He will be practicing at Baptist Health Medical Group OB/GYN, located at 118 Patriot Dr., Suite 201, in Bardstown.
