Baptist Health Hardin offers community health screenings in March
Some services include height, weight, blood pressure and body mass index, as well as cholesterol, glucose and anemia screenings.
ELIZABETHTOWN, KY (March 3, 2023) – Baptist Health Hardin will be offering community health screenings throughout March.
Screenings will be available at the following dates, times and locations:
Friday, March 10, 11 a.m. – 3 p.m.
Muldraugh United Methodist Church
101 N. Main St., Muldraugh
Wednesday, March 15, 9:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m
Jones Home Center
948 Grayson St., Upton
The screening event normally held on the second Thursday of each month at Warm Blessings, located at 609 E. Dixie Ave. in Elizabethtown, has been rescheduled for March. The new date is Thursday, March 23 from 11 a.m. – 3 p.m.
Some services include height, weight, blood pressure and body mass index, as well as cholesterol, glucose and anemia screenings.
March is also Colorectal Cancer Awareness Month. Colon cancer screenings are recommended for people over the age of 45 and those who are at high-risk for colon cancer. Inquire at this event about how to request a colorectal screening kit to be shipped to your home.
