Baptist Health Corbin named a high performing hospital by U.S. News and World Report
U.S. News evaluated more than 4,500 medical centers nationwide in 15 specialties.
(Corbin, KY) July 28, 2022 – Baptist Health Corbin has been recognized as a 2022-23 High Performing Hospital for COPD care by U.S. News & World Report. This is the highest award a hospital can earn for U.S. News’ Best Hospitals and Procedures & Conditions ratings.
The annual Procedures & Conditions ratings are designed to assist patients and their doctors in making informed decisions about their care.
Baptist Health Corbin earned a high performing rating for COPD care in recognition of care that was significantly better than the national average, as measured by factors such as patient outcomes.

For the 2022-23 rankings and ratings, U.S. News evaluated more than 4,500 medical centers nationwide in 15 specialties and 20 procedures and conditions.
