Professional Statement

Dr. Fleenor-Ford attended Western Kentucky University with a double major in Biology and Chemistry. Subsequently, she completed medical school at the University of Louisville, and completed her residency in Internal Medicine in Chicago. Later, Dr. Fleenor-Ford completed a sub-specialty fellowship in Infectious Diseases at Rush-Presbyterian St Luke’s Medical Center, also in Chicago. She moved to Paducah in 1998 after accepting an offer to become Medical Director of, a then newly funded HIV outpatient facility, LivWell, formerly known as Heartland Cares. Dr. Fleenor-Ford is a partner of Infectious Diseases Associates, continues to provide outpatient care at LivWell, and inpatient care at both Baptist Health Paducah and ContinueCare Hospital at Baptist Health Paducah. Dr. Fleenor-Ford is very active on other boards and loves to give back to her community.
