Respiratory Disease Clinic has joined Baptist Health Medical Group

Respiratory Disease Clinic has joined Baptist Health Medical Group. The clinic consists of physicians Jeffrey Clarke, MD, and Keith Kelly, MD, as well as nurse practitioners Michele Carbonell-Smith, APRN; Andria Hefner, APRN, and Kelly Houser, APRN.

Dr. Clarke has practiced medicine for nearly 40 years. He earned a medical degree from the University of Louisville, completed an internal medicine residency at the Medical College of Georgia, and returned to the University of Louisville to complete a pulmonary medicine fellowship. He holds board certifications in internal medicine, pulmonary medicine, critical care

medicine, sleep medicine and hospice and palliative medicine.

Dr. Kelly has practiced medicine for more than 25 years. Dr. Kelly earned a medical degree from the University of Tennessee in Memphis. He completed an internal medicine residency at the University of Minnesota, where he also completed a pulmonary and critical care medicine fellowship. Dr. Kelly is a member of the American College of Chest Physicians and is board certified in pulmonary disease and critical care medicine.
