Visiting Hours
Visiting hours end daily at 9 p.m. with the
following exceptions:
LifeSpring Behavioral Health
Visiting hours for LifeSpring Behavioral Health are:
7:30 p.m. – 8:30 p.m. on Tuesdays and Thursdays
2:00 p.m. – 3:00 p.m. on Sundays
ICU/CCU
The intensive care area doors are open to visitors except for 6:30 –
8:30 a.m. and 6:30 – 8:30 p.m.
Visitation is not permitted during post-surgery recovery.
BirthPlace
Two visitors are allowed.
Isolation Rooms
Visitors to isolation rooms are required to wear gloves, gowns and masks, as appropriate.
No flowers are allowed inside isolation rooms.
Other
Children under the age of 12 years old are not permitted to visit patients.

Cafeteria Hours
Hot Buffet
- Breakfast: 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
- Lunch: 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
- Dinner: 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.
The Grill
- Breakfast: 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
- Lunch: 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
- Dinner: 7:00 p.m. to 12:00 Midnight (Monday – Friday)

Vending Area
Drinks, sandwiches and snacks are available 24 hours a day.
Vending areas are located adjacent to the cafeteria, emergency department and waiting areas.
Gift Shop
Located off the hospital’s main entrance lobby, the Gift Shop is staffed by the Baptist Health Hardin Auxiliary. Much of the money donated to Baptist Health Hardin comes from profits generated from Gift Shop sales. Located off the Center Lobby, the attractive shop has many things you might need while a patient or visitor here, including sleepwear, toiletries, and magazines.
The Gift Shop carries a complete line of greeting cards, gifts and decorative accessories, such as Willow Tree, Yankee Candles and Vera Bradley. We accept cash, check, Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. Checks should be made payable to Baptist Health Hardin Auxiliary. Items can be delivered to patient rooms. Chapel and Pastoral Care
Baptist Health Hardin’s Hospital chaplain is available for pastoral visits, crisis intervention, pastoral counseling, spiritual and emotional support for hospital patients/families, volunteers, employees and medical staff.
The Chapel, located on the first floor between the cafeteria and the information desk, is always open for prayer and meditation.

ATM
First Federal Savings Bank ATMs are located in the registration area on the first floor and in cafeteria snack room of Baptist Health Hardin. First Federal Savings Bank customers can use the ATM free of charge; however, customers of other banks may be charged a service fee.
Internet Access
We provide free filtered Wi-Fi internet access to all patients and visitors, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Mail is delivered to patients daily. Mail received for a patient after discharge will be forwarded to the patient’s home. Please address mail as follows:

Parking
Patient and visitor parking is available on all levels of the garage. Parking is also available in the North Tower parking lot on the north side of the campus. Additional parking is available for patients along the front side of the hospital facing Dixie Ave. Baptist Health Hardin is currently under construction. If admitted, Baptist Health Hardin recommends that the patient’s automobile be taken home until day of discharge. Some parking may be relocated temporarily or permanently as construction progresses. We appreciate your patience as we grow.
Smoking
