Baptist Health Crestwood is a family medicine practice office. We are here Monday through Friday, providing our patients in Oldham County with all of the primary care needs that they require. Under our roof, we have some convenient services for our patients. Number one, we have an on-site laboratory so when your provider orders a lab test you will get that test done here. We have a full-time physical therapy department. We commonly treat all types of new injuries and old injuries, perhaps recovering from a surgery. We also have a full outpatient radiology department

Baptist Health Crestwood Medical Imaging offers a full range of digital mammography, bone density scanning and CT scanning. It offers state-of-the-art, hospital-quality imaging in really a modern outpatient setting. It’s convenient for our patients, but it’s also very convenient for all of our referring physicians because their patients can be seen quickly, and reports from the center are typically completed and available for the physician the same morning or the same afternoon.
