They say "An ounce of prevention's worth a pound of cure." If you come see us on a regular basis, we can practice good preventative medicine. We want to prevent things from happening in the future. If we can prevent diabetes, prevent hypertension, prevent those heart attacks and strokes, and things like that. Coming on a regular basis, letting us check your cholesterol, check your blood pressure, keep those things in control, will help prevent a lot of problems in the future.

Being a part of Baptist Health here in this small community provides us with a network of providers from here to Lexington...Corbin that we can call or we can just access very quickly with just a message away. If we have a question about a patient, they can help us to gain knowledge into what that patient needs.

I really enjoy treating patients of all ages, and I like to get to know the entire family. It makes me feel better to know about them, to know what to expect in the future.

In addition, we help ensure you receive all necessary screenings and similar services.

There’s a saying, “An ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure.” By coming to see us regularly, we can focus on preventive medicine. Our goal is to prevent future health problems. For example, we aim to prevent diabetes, hypertension, heart attacks, strokes, and other conditions. Regular visits allow us to monitor your cholesterol, check your blood pressure, and manage those factors, which can help prevent many health issues down the road.

Being part of Baptist Health in this small community also connects us to a larger network of providers, extending from Williamsburg to Lexington and Corbin. We have access to specialists and can quickly reach out for assistance. Whether we have a question about a patient's care or need further insights, help is just a message away.
