The patients that come to Cardiopulmonary Rehab, you have to have had some type of an event. We see folks that have had heart attacks, all kinds of heart surgeries, heart failures, and stable angina. Cardiopulmonary Rehab is a medically-supervised program that allows us to use both respiratory therapists and nurses. We monitor them so we can watch their heart rate and blood pressure.

I would rather be here in this Phase 3 program with these nurses here and these doctors here, just in case I did fall over, you know, they're right there - With it being medically supervised, once a month, our doctors receive a report, a care plan, if you will, showing the improvement that their patients are making. Each one of our patients has their own goals. It's just so gratifying when patients come in and say, "I did it. I can do it now."

- I started this whole program. It was hard. Yes. But you got to keep at it, and it eventually gets easier and your body gets more adapt to it, and you enjoy it more, and you start feeling better.

I want to go to sleep and get up the next morning so I can come in, you know what I mean, exercising every day. So it makes me feel great. ♪ [music]
