Ribbon cutting at new outpatient center Baptist Health Hamburg
LEXINGTON, KY (April 24, 2024) — Baptist Health Lexington cut the ribbon on Baptist Health Hamburg, its newest outpatient medical center, on Saturday, April 20. The facility opened for care on Monday, April 22.
Speakers at the celebration included Chris Roty; Lexington Mayor Linda Gorton; Patrick W. Madden, Hamburg Place; Eric Friedlander, Cabinet for Health and Family Services; and Kentucky Lieutenant Governor Jacqueline Coleman.
Baptist Health Hamburg, located at 3000 Baptist Health Boulevard, is on a 129-acre site on Lexington’s northeast side with easy access from Interstate 75 and Interstate 64.
The $253-million development was designed with a primary focus on convenient patient care, offering an ambulatory surgery center, an emergency department, a cancer center, specialty care, and a multistory physician office complex.
