Baptist Health honored for effectively managing online reputation
The scores take into consideration online reviews, social engagement, brand reach, search impressions and listing accuracy.
Baptist Health, Kentucky’s largest health system, has been recognized by Reputation, a global leader in reputation experience management, with its 800 Award in the healthcare category. Sixty-three U.S. hospitals and health systems were honored for effectively managing their online reputations.
Reputation's 800 Award is based on the analysis of millions of online reviews and ratings from a variety of sources, including Google, Facebook, Yelp, and others. The award recognizes businesses with an overall average rating of at least 800 (out of a possible 1,000) over the previous 12 months. The scores take into consideration online reviews, social engagement, brand reach, search impressions and listing accuracy.
Locations that win the 800 Award consistently collect, understand and apply any and all feedback so that they can make data-driven decisions to ensure that the customer will have the best possible experience. Baptist Health had two locations – one in Paducah and one in Lexington -- recognized with the 2023 800 Award.
