Baptist Health Medical Group welcomes J. Criss Yelton, MD, to Baptist Health Medical Group Orthopedic Care

 Madisonville, KY. (February 14, 2019): J. Criss Yelton, MD, joined Baptist Health Medical Group on February 1, 2019.

Board-certified orthopedic surgeon J. Criss Yelton, MD, earned a medical degree from Wake Forest University, Bowman Gray School of Medicine, in Winston-Salem, North Carolina, and completed an orthopedic surgery and rehabilitation residency at the University of Oklahoma. In addition, he holds a bachelor of arts degree from Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore, Maryland.

Dr. Yelton has served as a clinical assistant at the University of Pikeville, Kentucky College of Osteopathic Medicine, for more than 15 years and has been caring for patients with orthopedic conditions for more than 30 years, most recently at Methodist Hospital in Henderson, Kentucky. We are pleased to welcome him to Baptist Health Medical Group in Madisonville.
