Visitor Guidelines for Baptist Health La Grange

Two visitors per patient allowed between the hours of 7:30 a.m. – 9 p.m. No visitors under the age of 16 permitted. Exceptions to these guidelines are outlined below:
- George & Beverly Rawlings Women’s Center: Siblings are permitted to visit during visiting hours. Any sibling under the age of 14 must be accompanied by an adult (other than the patient) during the visit. All visitors must be free from signs and symptoms of infection and are to preform handwashing prior to handling the newborn.
- Surgery: Maximum of two visitors at a time; restricted to one visitor at times during preoperative process.
- Cancer Care: One visitor allowed. No children under age 16.
- COVID-19 or being ruled-out for COVID-19: One adult (over the age of 18) visitor at a time. Up to two visitors per day. Visitors must comply with separate guidelines for visiting COVID-19 positive patients.
Visitors are to enter through the main entrance, Medical Park 2 entrance, or Emergency Department Monday – Friday, 6 a.m. – 6 p.m. The Emergency Department entrance is open 24/7. A team member may be available for visitors in need of assistance getting to and from their destination.
